As part of our ambitious growth plans for fundraising, we are recruiting for a Head of Supporter Operations. This exciting new role is to set up and lead a brand new Supporter Operations team, taking a strategic approach to leading our data operations and supporter care.
You will lead a team of five people with key responsibility for developing data strategy to ensure that we are capturing and using data from our supporters in order to offer them ongoing opportunities in a way that is led by insight and reflects our supporters wishes and needs. With oversight of our data analysis function, you will also support our fundraising team to optimise activities, driving forward those which are most successful.
You will also lead on setting up a supporter care function, driving our approach to offering amazing experiences to our supporters, and deepening their relationships with the charity. You will also oversee the procurement and onboarding of a fulfilment agency.
