Job description

To be responsible for the delivery of a range of interventions across Suffolk including outreach chlamydia screening, condom distribution, sex and relationship education and health promotion programmes aimed at improving young people’s sexual health and reducing unplanned teenage pregnancy.  Training local professionals about a variety of issues related to young people and sexual health is also a requirement of this role.

The role will require working closely with other professionals, organisations and stakeholders, as well as directly with local communities, to meet the needs of key target groups most at risk of poor sexual health and HIV outcomes.

The post holder will represent Terrence Higgins Trust and other local partner organisations both in public and at professional networking events and meetings.
