As part of our ambitious fundraising growth we are setting up a brand new Supporter Operations team. The Supporter Care Manager is an important part of our plans to deepen relationships with our supporters, offering amazing experiences to drive longer relationships.
You will develop and drive forward a strategically led approach to supporter care, using insight to develop what our supporters want and need. You will work across the fundraising team to understand our portfolio and support activities, ensuring our supporter needs are met within our KPIs. You will also support with the procurement and onboarding of an external fulfilment house.
