In preparation for our move to Bray, our busy HR department is expanding with the new recruitment of a HR Adviser to join our customer-focused team.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another HR Adviser, this is a varied generalist operational role where you will be required to use your HR experience to take a proactive business partner approach to support your designated departments across the Hospice.
The successful candidate must be CIPD Level 5 qualified and be able to demonstrate experience of drafting HR documentation to include contractual letters and providing pragmatic HR advice. This is especially relevant within areas of recruitment, performance management and absence management.
