We are looking for a creative and motivated Support Worker to work with an identified group of up to 20 individuals, supporting them to manage issues that are affecting the maintenance of their tenancies and housing situations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established and experienced team that delivers a unique housing Rapid Intervention service for people at risk of homelessness or living in unstable accommodation, across London.
Your flexible and innovative approach will influence the future of service provision for those engaged, you’ll be able to recognise and support with housing related case issues, and work as a team to deliver positive outcomes for those we work with.
The role requires creative joint working with a number of partner services, as well as other teams within Thames Reach to ensure that support is personalised, effective and measurable.
