We have created a Head of Finance & Operations post to help us achieve this ambition, through managing the financial, operations and governance areas of the organisation. They also include manging the day-to-day functioning of the organisation, including IT, health and safety and information compliance, as well as adhering to legal and regulatory obligations. There will be the opportunity to create and shape new policies and processes in conjunction with the CEO.

We are looking for someone with an ACA, ACCA or similar level of qualification, who is experienced in running a small accounts department in a hands-on role and producing both management and statutory accounts. Ideally you will also have experience in managing operations within an organisation. This could include with health and safety, governance, IT or buildings maintenance. You will have high attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well with people at all levels.

We are open to this role being either four or five days per week (with the salary pro-rata as applicable), and the role is based at our office in central London, with some flexible working. To apply, please send an up-to-date CV and covering letter specifying how you meet the points contained within the person specification.
