Leep1 is looking for a Deputy Manager and sessional workers.
We are looking for creative and motivated people with an enthusiastic, empowering approach who can work with our Members and colleagues to plan and carry out activities of the Members’ choice.
This will be an exciting role as we are developing innovative projects which the appointed person will help to embed.
You will have experience of empowering people with learning disabilities and managing projects and/or paid staff and volunteers.
The post is currently being reviewed and while the duties may change a little, as the post holder, you will be instrumental in shaping the role and are likely to receive a pay uplift from April 2022.
Your paid or voluntary work experience will equip you to help Leep 1 members to take part in activities in the community. Activities include: walking, computers, literacy, cooking, healthy living activities, gardening, participation in events, digital skills.
You can specify a preference for working in the evening or given day/s. When starting out at Leep1 you will receive a full induction, working alongside more experienced colleagues.
