The Centre is looking for an experienced administration officer to join the Clinical and Service Improvement Directorate, which offers a wide range of specialist assessments, interventions and resources that focus on supporting infants, children, young people and families.
The post-holder will be the first point of contact for families and health professionals looking for advice and support. Many of the clinicians within the services work part-time so the post-holder will be the central point of contact. Many of the services and projects have differing income streams, the post-holder will ensure that all clinical work is accurately tracked, recorded and invoiced in a timely manner, and will ensure that prompt payment is received for all outstanding income.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and must be able to liaise effectively with a variety of professionals and clients. The post-holder will have strong organisation skills, will be able to work under pressure and manage their own time amidst a number of concurrent priorities.
Experience of working with professionals from a variety of backgrounds including mental health, education, local authorities, and the voluntary sector, is desirable.
The post-holder will be based at the Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH.
