AFT, The Association for Family and Systemic Practice, is a leading and well-established professional membership association with over 2000 members. It is a Limited Company and a Registered Charity.
Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of AFT’s Head Office in Warrington. Managing an experienced administrative team of 6, applicants must already have demonstrable “hands-on” experience of successfully managing and developing a comparable service orientated organisation. This position reports to the Executive Director and is full-time - 37 hours per week.
Human Resource Management – staff leadership and committee working
Financial Management and reporting
Administration and data management – digitisation
IT – Sage accounting, HMRC payroll software, Cloud technology, Microsoft Office
Self-motivation, initiative and a “Can-Do” attitude
Salary & Pension: circa 35-40k (NJC pay scale PO3/PO4). Auto-enrolment pension scheme in place; currently non-contributory.
Annual leave: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
