The Income Processing Assistant plays a key part in supporting both our Supporter Care team and the wider Fundraising directorate. Joining our friendly and hard-working Supporter Care Team and reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, this is a varied role in which you will support the team by providing administrative support, processing donations from our generous supporters, gathering information from various donation sources, and adding supporters and their gifts to our customer relationship system.

We provide support, fund vital research, and campaign for better prevention, treatment and care.
You will support the processing of income, undertake data entry and liaise with external agencies and colleagues across the organisation. You will become an expert user of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
You will have exceptional attention to detail and be very organised and able to work to tight deadlines, as well as having excellent customer service skills. You will also have great IT skills and be a good communicator and team player.
