Job description

Baca is looking for someone who can join the support team and provide support, care and be a role model for young people who are unaccompanied asylum seekers aged 16 to 18. In particular, they will provide support and care to the young people who are newly arrived in the country, providing the foundations for them to rebuild their strength and dignity and grow their hope for their futures. 

The successful applicant will live in the new arrival house with up to four young people and make it their home. They will act as the 'big brother' to the young people living in the house, help them develop independence skills, and set the example for how to live well.

This is a male only role for a boys house. 
The start date of the role is flexible, but aiming for the beginning of June.
