Bristol, City of Bristol
£43,000 - £48,000 per year pro rata
Permanent, Part-time
Job description

Are you a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with management experience?

Or are you an experienced manager who has a long-standing interest in psychoanalytic ideas and developments, particularly within therapeutic service delivery, either statutory or voluntary sector?

If the answer to either of these is yes and you are looking for a new challenge then you may be the person we are looking for.

At The Bridge Foundation we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our work into its next phase of development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our highly skilled Senior Management Team and qualified clinicians with the aim of improving the mental health of children, families and adults.

You will work closely with the Board of Trustees and the Senior Management Team to continue the development of our two services – the Bridge Psychotherapy Service and Bridge in Schools. In addition, you will take the operational lead on strategic planning, finance, commissioning and the creation of an inclusive working culture that is welcoming, supportive and developmental.

Above all, you will be enthusiastic about joining an organisation with a local and regional reputation and a growing national profile.

This is a part time position of 0.6 FTE. Benefits include salary of £43,000 - £48,000 (pro rata), generous holiday allowance, flexible working arrangements and contributory pension.

Closing date: Applications must be received by 5pm on Monday 2 March 2020.

Interviews are scheduled to take place in Cotham in Bristol during the week beginning 16 March 2020

If you have any enquiries about the post or  you would like an informal discussion before applying, please contact Frances Fox, Director.
