Working closely with the Director of Development, the Development Manager will grow the BRIT School’s corporate funding, along with income from key institutions. The postholder will work in line with the school’s fundraising strategy to achieve ambitious voluntary income targets.
The Development Team at the BRIT School is small but focused, consisting of the Director of Development and Development Administrator, with the support of a dedicated campaign board, the senior leadership team and board of trustees. The Development Manager is therefore a very important role within the organisation, and sits at the heart of the school’s ability to achieve its plans and ambitions.
We are willing to look at people from outside the sector with a development background.
