Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the British Museum as HR Assistant. In this diverse role, you will support the HR team by providing administrative support across a range of functions.

In this role, responsibilities will include taking accurate minutes of sensitive meetings, arranging meetings, preparing detailed paperwork and providing first level HR advice. You will also liaise with MyCSP (our pension scheme administrator) and have opportunities to undertake research and benchmark Employee Relations approaches. This is a great opportunity to gain comprehensive HR experience in a prestigious location.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of providing support in an office environment, preferably within HR administration. With excellent IT skills, you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who maintain meticulous attention to detail whilst balancing a busy workload. With a positive attitude, you will perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner and will identify ways to continually develop. You will have a personable approach and will be confident communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
