£18,000 per annum, pro rata
40 hours per week
Shifts from Monday - Saturday
Do you have a passion for gardening and want to be a part of a social enterprise training people with a learning disability?
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Worker at our garden centre based in leafy West Hampstead. The role will involve supporting and training people with a learning disability whilst assisting with the day-to-day running of the garden centre, including promoting and growing sales.
The business is a social enterprise, which uses the funds it generates to provide tailored and flexible training to people with a learning disability in horticultural skills such as growing plants, herbs and vegetables, using tools and equipment effectively and customer service.
You will report into the Project Manager and deliver high-quality customer service whilst providing support and development opportunities to the trainees with a view to secure employment or further training qualifications.
