This is an exciting time at the Charity as we build a Fundraising team that will develop the strategies to drive income generation over the coming five years and beyond.
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Individual Giving and Legacy Fundraising to work as part of a dynamic senior leadership team. You will help to develop our regular giving and legacy fundraising strategy while leading and inspiring a dedicated team of fundraisers. The role will see you working with one of the biggest payroll giving income streams in the UK, seeking new and innovative fundraising opportunities and continuing to develop an inspiring loyalty programme. All in the context of working with a Civil Service at the forefront of delivering for the UK.

Head of Individual Giving and Legacy Fundraising Requirements:

If you are looking for a role that you can really make your own and drive forward ambitious new plans and ideas, then this role might be for you. To be successful you will have a strong background in growing individual giving programmes across a diverse range of channels, online and offline. You will have proven experience of implementing fundraising strategies with a significant income generation track record. You will have sound knowledge of fundraising regulation and an awareness of the regular giving landscape and the challenges it faces. You will also have a deep understanding of supporter journeys and how to ensure donor engagement is maximised. Finally, you will have excellent leadership skills to inspire and influence not only your team but your peers and colleagues.

Salary: £50,000 to £52,000 per annum
