Management Accountant

Are you an outstanding finalist or fully qualified accountant with a passion for helping people?

The Charity for Civil Servants is looking for a Management Accountant to aid the effective management and optimal performance of the Charity by producing value-added financial and management reports, contributing to improving and streamlining processes and providing assistance to the Head of Finance in ad hoc projects.

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

You will support the smooth running of the Finance function by effectively and efficiently processing and maintaining up-to-date and accurate data on the Charity’s finance and CRM systems.

You will build strong working relationships with budget holders and directors by providing financial reports and analysis to aid decision-making.

Management Accountant Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 2:1 or above.
• An outstanding finalist or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Knowledge of accounting principle and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience of reviewing and preparing financial models.
• Experience of preparing and improving business and financial reports.
• Experience of preparing and reviewing management accounts.

Location: Based in Cheam, Surrey – currently home based

Type: Permanent, Full time, 36 hrs per week (flexible working considered)

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (depending on qualification level and experience)
