Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer
Sheffield Children’s Hospital is an extraordinary place; it is one of four stand-alone specialist Children’s Hospitals in the UK, providing world class care for children on its doorstep and from all over the country. Several UK-wide and international centres are at the children’s hospital, with UK leading clinicians forging the way in paediatric care and in research.
We currently need an accomplished CRM Officer with a proven track record, ideally with charity experience and previous exposure to ThankQ, Raisers Edge, Dynamics or similar, to support The Children’s Hospital Charity. The Charity enhances the work at Sheffield Children’s Hospital through research into the prevention and cure of childhood illnesses, improvements to the hospital environment, specialist medical equipment and new facilities to extend the range of treatment provided.
The delivery of a CRM strategy is essential in helping drive the Charity forward through engaging and communicating effectively with both new and existing donors and supporters. The CRM Officer plays a key role in the administration of the CRM system and its associated processes and provides insight and information to develop a supporter centred culture across the Charity.
The position would sit between the Fundraising Support Workgroup and the Marketing Workgroup with the objective of maintaining the CRM system and championing its use across the Charity ensuring a high standard of data management to help enable The Children’s Hospital Charity to continue to grow and deliver its charitable aims
The successful candidate will be a member of the Fundraising Support Workgroup working closely with the Marketing Workgroup.
