Job description
eCRM Project Support Officer

Fixed term contract until 31 December 2021.

35 hours per week

£26,182 per annum / pro rata (plus allowances)

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.

This role sits within our Technology and Data Team which is part of our Finance and Corporate Services Directorate. Your role will be to provide project support to the project team to deliver the eCRM Project. The project will replace our current supporter database (Raiser's Edge) and associated systems with a new charity-wide solution which brings together key data for all users and enables TCS to meet the needs of our Supporter Engagement Strategy.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with keen attention to detail to join our dynamic, ambitious team. A key part of this role will be your ability to provide high quality support to the project team.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

-Strong communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills

-Strong organisational skills, working in complex and fast-paced environments

-Strong project management skills and completer-finisher approach

-Experience managing project finances with excellent attention to detail

The Children's Society runs over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need our support, and we campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children's lives happier and safer.

Every day we're changing the lives of children in this country for the better - and with your help, tomorrow we can be there for even more.

The Children's Society is committed to safeguarding and protecting the children and young people that we work with. As such, all posts are subject to a safer recruitment process, including the disclosure of criminal records and vetting checks. We ensure that we have a range of policies and procedures in place which promote safeguarding and safer working practices across our services.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Wednesday 19 of August 2020.

Interviews will be held on the week commencing Monday 24 of August.
