£59,927 per annum if based outside of London / £62,736 per annum if London based

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We're there for children, every step of the way.

This role sits within our finance and corporate services directorate. Your role will inform strategy and ensure that our finances are managed effectively and efficiently ensuring that we focus our resources for greater impact for young people.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of young people, who loves a challenge, is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment and is a team player.

A key part of this role will be your ability to gain the confidence of colleagues across the charity by providing accurate timely management information and supporting decision making.

-able to manage finance in a complex and changing environment

-able to work under pressure to key deadlines
