Office Administrator

Permanent contract until 31.03.2021

21 hours per week (Flexible, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

£23,721 per annum / pro rata

The Children's Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support young people when they are most vulnerable and in are in need of help.

This role sits within our children and families directorate, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for children who urgently need support. Your role will be to help us to maintain and develop innovative systems to support our staff to work effectively in our services around the country.

We are looking for a well-organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our busy Hub, to assist in providing competent and well-ordered administrative services and to help with clerical and practical duties supporting the London Hub's many services and staff members.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and keen person to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

A key part of this role will be your ability to provide administrative support to the Area Manager, Operations Manager, Admin & Finance Manager and team colleagues ensuring a high level of confidentiality is maintained.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

-The ability to prioritise and manage own workload

-Clear & effective communication skills

-Knowledge of IT Systems

-Planning & time management skills
