Service Manager: Multiple Vulnerabilities

Permanent contract but funding for this post will be until 31 March 2020 with possibility of extension

33.3 hours per week - Monday to Friday

£36,184 per annum (full time equivalent salary) with annual progression to £40,204 per annum

(Pro-rata salary for 33.3 hours £32,565 per annum)

If so, this role is exactly for you- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Manager team at the London Hub.

Job Purpose:

-To manage multiple services and contracts in London which include young people who face multiple vulnerabilities, including exploitation, trafficking, missing and emotional wellbeing services. You will be required:

-To champion young people's rights and needs.

-To supervise, empower and manage the performance of staff to deliver the best they can for vulnerable young people

-To oversee budgets for your service and complete financial and operational monitoring reports

-To maintain and develop effective working relationships with partner agencies in London to support the protection of young people from harm
