The Clock Tower Sanctuary is the only drop-in centre in Brighton & Hove for 16-25-year-olds who are homeless or insecurely housed. We offer the vital practical and emotional support that young people who are experiencing homelessness need to get their lives back on track. We are a small, dynamic charity, with over 20 years’ experience of working in the community and delivering positive outcomes.
In the last three years, we have seen a significant increase in our communications activity, particularly across digital channels and we are now recruiting a Communications Officer to lead this work in a newly created and varied post. Collaborating closely with colleagues, you will be responsible for developing content plans for our social channels, managing our website, creating e-newsletters and reports and co-ordinating image, video and story banks to communicate our work as effectively as possible, working with external suppliers as needed.
If you have a talent for creating engaging content to reach key audiences and enjoy working on a diverse range of projects, then we would love to hear from you. Please email a letter of application outlining why you would like to join our team and how you meet the person specification, along with a copy of your CV by 5pm on Friday 12 November. Please note that we are accepting CVs on a rolling basis and early applications are encouraged. Interviews are likely to take place by Zoom w/c Monday 22 November.
