Job description

Live Training Coordinator (one year fixed term contract)

Central London, although working from home during the current pandemic

Salary circa £28,000 (plus generous benefits package)

We are looking for a Live Training Coordinator to join our education team. We’re currently working from home, but we’re usually based in central London and support flexible working.

If you have experience of organising and delivering events using online platforms and e-booking systems, with excellent attention to detail, then this is the perfect job for you. You will be responsible for the organisation, scheduling, delivery, evaluation and development of remote and face-to-face live training run by the Education Team. You’ll use your skills to ensure all aspects of the training sessions run smoothly and produce accurate and effective written documentation.

This is a varied role which requires excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will need to have experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as online booking systems and video conferencing platforms.

We offer a generous benefits package, and the opportunity to develop and learn within a professional organisation. We will give you the space and support needed for you to develop your skills and to put your own ideas into action. We are eager to try new things, embrace new technology, and we offer a friendly environment which nurtures initiative and talent.
