This role will involve leading The Diana Award’s Aftercare programme to ensure that schools engaged in the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors programme are adequately supported to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for providing schools with the resources, tools and support they need to undertake their anti-bullying work online and offline.
This role will also involve working with the Research and Evaluation Coordinator to collect data and evidence of the impact of the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Programme in schools. You will stay in close contact with trained schools and offer them guidance on how to go forward with their Anti-Bullying campaigns after training. As part of your role, you will also be delivering nationwide regional Upskill Training days in schools to provide Anti-Bullying Ambassadors with additional skills after their initial training session.
Applicants will have excellent understanding of delivering issues affecting young people including bullying, online safety, safeguarding, and behaviour and be able to hit the ground running in this exciting role to deliver challenging deadlines.
An exceptional understanding of communicating with schools, professionals, and young people is essential. This position requires an individual with attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for youth engagement and social action.
