The Diana Award is looking to recruit a Head of Programmes, overseeing our anti bullying and online safety initiatives. This is an important role in the organisation for a candidate who is strategic, creative and hands-on.
As a member of the Senior Management Team you will play a crucial role in motivating and inspiring staff and volunteers across the organisation. You should also possess strong influencing and relationship building skills, developing and managing relationships with a range of funders, corporates and businesses to support the growth of the programme.
We are looking for a candidate that has senior experience of managing complex partnerships and projects with proven results of impact and high performance, as well as someone who can demonstrate their ability to manage a high performing team.
You will work across the organisation as a member of the senior management team who contributes to wider organisation strategy and represents the organisation at external meeting and events.
With experience of policy, research, partnerships and driven by clear strategic thinking you will drive us forward in our mission to prevent bullying behaviour in schools.
