Main purpose of Job

This role requires an experienced charity digital fundraising direct marketing specialist:

·         Proficient in managing all aspects of individual giving, including acquisition, welcome, retention and donor development activity

·         With a strong track record of successful use of digital channels in fundraising

·         Commitment to creating genuine value through communications with supporters

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed individual giving income targets:

·         Lead Individual Giving, delivering annual growth in net income and lifetime value

·         Plan and deliver an effective, balanced calendar of communications to achieve it

·         Develop, test, evaluate and refine Eikon’s propositions, ensuring we effectively convey the difference donors’ support is making

·         Plan and manage activity across email, search, social, Eikon’s website and print

Legacy marketing:

·         Develop, test, implement and monitor a legacy giving marketing programme 

Data, information and management:

·         Ensure information systems are up to date and provide an accurate picture of supporter segmentation, communications, preferences, permissions, requests, gifts and pledges

·         Ensure fundraising is insight-led and focused on long term growth

·         Ensure we comply with all legislation, the Code of Fundraising Practice & Eikon policies
