London, Greater London
£23,000 - £25,000 per year
Contract, 12-months, Full-time
Job description

The Elephant Group was formed in 2018 by a group of headteachers committed to increasing access to ‘top third’ universities for the ‘top third’ students from non-selective state schools.

Today, we have grown rapidly into a collaborative partnership of regional school leaders, teachers, universities, and corporate partners united in their support for fair access. We share insight and resource across sectors that makes a real difference to student destinations post-18 and embeds knowledge around university applications into state schools. We also co-deliver a two-year Elephant Access programme across 35+ schools to support Year 12 and Year 13 students in exploring, applying and enrolling at top universities.

This is an exciting time to join a scaling and innovative organisation that tackles entrenched disadvantage and underrepresentation of students at top institutions, and onwards into wider professions. Already working in three regional hubs, we are now looking to support our growing Programme Team through a dedicated Programme Coordinator based in the London, or potentially East Midlands region.

If you are passionate about equitable opportunities for young people, regardless of their family background, and enthusiastic about working in a small, friendly team to make a real impact on student outcomes, we've love to hear from you.
