Would you like to play an important role in supporting an organisation working for a future where fewer women develop and more women survive gynaecological cancers?
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Hours: Full time – 35 hours a week
Contract: Fixed term contract – 1 year
Location: London, W14
To start: ASAP
Interviews: Monday 8th July
The Eve Appeal is the only UK national charity raising awareness and funding research into the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vagina. We were set up to save women’s lives by funding ground-breaking research focused on developing effective methods of risk prediction, earlier detection and developing screening for these women-only cancers.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Eve Appeal, supporting the Director of Finance and Culture with a specific focus on governance and trust fundraising. This new role is a fantastic opportunity for candidates interested in working in the charity sector – and gaining experience at the heart of what makes charities run.
You’ll need to be motivated, flexible and well-organised, with a problem solving approach and the ability to multitask. This is a challenging but varied role – you’ll write minutes for Board of Trustee meetings, write reports for funders on our research and create projects outlines and budgets for new funding applications – so it’ll suit someone who enjoys working across different areas and is able to manage competing priorities.
If you’d like any more information about the role, please contact us - details avaliable on our website.
