Fairtrade Foundation are recruiting for a Head of IT & Facilities who will provide advice and information to the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues on best practice and current developments in the fields of IT and Facilities, taking opportunities to make more effective use of our technological and office resources, increase the potential of new technology as well as select and advise on the acquisition of suitable hardware, software and technical services.
You will be an experienced IT & Facilities professional, with demonstrable experience of leading a high performing team, strategic planning and implementation, acting as an internal business partner, managing a sizeable budget, creating and implementing IT service and support processes and managing relationships with suppliers. You will have excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, proven project management skills and the ability to conceptually design and provide guidance on technical solutions. Previous experience of Salesforce CRM, PowerBI, facilities management service delivery and health and safety issues would be a bonus.
