Working under the direction of the Partnerships Manager you will provide work across a range of audiences developing and cultivating relationships with Corporate, Trusts & Foundations, and Wealthy Individuals. You will look after a caseload of supporters from initial research through to cultivation and stewardship ensuring that they have an outstanding personalised supporter journey with “Wow” moments that will inspire further engagement. This will include working across individuals, small trusts and corporates. Contributing to the Partnerships Team’s income targets and demonstrating the positive impact of our work both internally and externally.
This is a very varied role which involves a wide range of duties including searching out, gathering and analyse grant criteria, giving history, appropriate biographical, financial, corporate, philanthropic and network information from a wide variety of sources to ensure prospect / donor data is up-to-date and recorded on database. You will need bags of initiative, be innovative, brave and positive about learning new ways of working.
A strong team player and able to work autonomously juggling multiple activities simultaneously. SMART objectives, both financial and non-financial, will be allocated, so the post holder must be ambitious and target driven.
Ideally the successful candidate has experience in fundraising and the desire to develop a career in the charity sector whilst being part of an ambitious team putting smiles on the faces of our patients, NHS staff and supporters.
