The Forever Friends Appeal is the charity of the Royal United Hospitals Bath.

At The Forever Friends Appeal, we believe we can make a difference to every patient and every condition at the Royal United Hospitals Bath. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time, as we celebrate our 20th Year of Fundraising (since 1999 over £25 million has been raised), continue to work on our major campaigns, special appeals and all wards and departments as well as develop ambitious plans for the future.


In this role, you be responsible for offering supporters the best possible experience at their first point of contact with The Forever Friends Appeal and onwards throughout their supporter journey. You will deliver an exceptional experience to current and potential supporters through engagement of the highest quality; helping with all enquiries, and ensuring supporters feel valued and a key part of our work. This will be through direct communication via a variety of channels including producing letters and correspondence , inbound and outbound calls, post, email, social media and face to face. This role will build loyal, committed supporters who are happy to share our work with friends, family and the community.

The role requires someone who is passionate about our work, enjoys playing an active and supportive team role, has exceptional interpersonal and creative writing skills. They will be organised and precise, able to coordinate a varied workload, have excellent IT and database skills, and able to use their initiative.
