Job description

The people and culture directorate is central to the work of The Fostering Network. It is responsible for a large and varied work agenda, all of which fall within the overriding organisational objective to have ‘a high performing and engaged workforce’. 

We are looking for an experienced generalist and a chartered member of the CIPD who can hit the ground running and work in partnership with the organisation to drive and support initiatives and programmes. You must have up to date knowledge of UK employment law regulations, HR policies and best practice, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
