The Grange is an enterprising and dynamic not-for-profit business with a turnover of over £4m. We provide accommodation, care, training and social opportunities for 120 adults with learning disabilities.
We are recruiting for a new, full time role, providing strategic leadership alongside the Chief Executive Officer. You will drive delivery of our long term plan and foster innovation, whilst maintaining careful stewardship of the charity’s finances. A qualified accountant, you will have an excellent understanding of charity finance and good governance, fulfilling the role of Company Secretary. You will lead a diverse group of teams, encouraging a collaborative and efficient culture.
This is an exciting time in the life of our 80 year old charity, when you can use your skills and knowledge to support digital transformation, identify new income streams and build new alliances to increase our resilience.
