The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is a vibrant, international community of young musicians, actors and production artists in the heart of the City of London. We produce outstanding graduates whose talents light up stages and concert platforms across the world.
As well as providing professional training at undergraduate, postgraduate, junior and short course level, the School has a substantial programme of regular performances, encompassing concerts, recitals, plays, operas and musicals open to the general public.
We are looking for a Database Officer to join the Development and Alumni Relations Team, Advancement. The post holder will support a wide range of communications, interactions, events and fundraising activities across the School.
The successful candidate will have experience of using Raiser’s Edge (or similar CRM) for the provision of high quality data for mailings and events, producing KPIs and reports, provide training across the team and undertake administrative and data cleansing tasks.
They will also be highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail. Knowledge of fundraising in higher education and/or music and theatre is also desirable.
