With career mentoring to support the successful candidate in identifying and maximising future career choices and opportunities within the field, you could use the skills developed at the Health Foundation to gain employment in Communications roles in a wide range of organisations.
You will have the opportunity to experience a broad range of communications work. You will work with the Digital and Editorial team working on social media management, editing blogs and writing website copy, and internal communications; with the Marketing team supporting our e-comms, producing promotional materials and event logistics support; with the External Affairs team, including managing media clippings and the weekly roundup, and stakeholder monitoring.
These nine-month internships will suit people looking to embark on a career in communications who are educated to a minimum of A-Level or equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity and a flexible approach to your work. Our successful candidates will have experience of, or a demonstrable interest in, Communications, as well as an eagerness to learn and a desire to grasp the opportunities offered to them.
