Evaluation and Insight Officer - Q

£40,480 per annum plus benefits

Full time and permanent contract

The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us to deliver our ambitious plans for evaluation and insight - both crucial to delivering Q’s aim to support sustainable improvement in health and care. Following a highly successful design and set up phase, Q, an initiative connecting people with improvement expertise across the UK, is now in large scale delivery mode. We are looking for an exceptional individual to help us fully embed evaluation across our work, support the assessment and delivery of our strategic objectives and harness the collective insight of the Q community to shape policy and practice across health care improvement.

You will need to bring skills in designing, collecting and analysing data and be able to draw on a range of approaches across social research, evaluation and service design. Just as importantly you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to communicate findings accessibly and support them to act on the results. You will also be committed to our core behaviours - Working Together, Discovering and Learning and Achieving Impact.
