The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
The Foundation has ambitious plans for growth and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can effectively contribute to delivery of this growth as well as provide value-add pro-active business partnering to designated areas of the Foundation. Partnering with managers you will create and implement team effectiveness strategies, change management programs and integrated people solutions that address key business needs.
We are not looking at this role as a development opportunity for someone, rather, the successful candidate will extensive experience in this area, along with working in an environment which is constantly changing and developing.
You will have significant experience of delivering an HR Business Partner model, coaching and advising managers and providing expertise around best practice and legal frameworks.
