Operations Team Administrator

12-month fixed term contract, full time

We are an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.

We are seeking an excellent administrator to provide diary management and administration support to the senior management team of our ‘Better Health Foundation’ (BHF) internal change management programme. In addition, the successful candidate will provide administration support to the Operations and IT Teams, contributing to the development, delivery and improvement of systems and processes across the organisation.

This is an exciting and varied role – the successful candidate will support the senior managers and develop and help maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and contractors. As Operations Team Administrator and Co-ordinator you will produce and collate a variety of team agendas, papers and meeting forward planner, support regular project meetings, set up any new ad-hoc or regular meetings and ensure actions and tasks are documented and progressed as necessary.

We are looking for an administrator with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering support to senior managers and experience of working in an evolving fast paced environment ideally within an Operations or IT team. You will have strong communication skills, be able to work with IT packages to a high level and have a keen attention to detail. Numerate and literate, you will be able to show initiative and be able to build strong relationships.
