The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
This exciting role combines delivering first class Personal Assistant support to the senior managers in the Communications team and significantly contributing to the success of the Communications team by providing timely and efficient administrative and project support.
The successful candidate will provide professional, proactive and intuitive PA administrative and organisational support enabling the executive team to focus on delivery. You will deliver executive diary management, ensure timely and accurate preparation of papers and reports and develop the strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders that will be necessary to successfully deliver in the role.
In addition, you will, under the direction of the Business Manager, provide excellent administrative support to the wider Communications Team, including organising team meetings, monitoring new starter processes, updating team information and providing ad-hoc support to the wider team. With a demonstrable track record of successfully providing a high-quality PA service to senior executives in a challenging environment and the organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills that are essential for the role, you will also be able to maintain high administrative standards while working under pressure and to deadlines.
