Policy and Programme Officer, Future Health Inquiry
full time (37.5 hours), permanent
The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering core programmes of work, including design, delivery and management of the Future Health Inquiry Action phase. You will execute timely project management plans, lead the development of application and selection materials and processes for award and contract holders and manage and monitor awards for research and engagement activities.
This is a varied and exciting role, other aspects of which include conducting in house research projects and ensuring commissioning and project management processes are in place and up to date.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of social policy, particularly the wider determinants of health and young people. You will be an experienced programme or policy officer and have a track record of providing high quality support to successfully deliver complex projects. In addition, excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and organise and fantastic communication skills will be crucial to your success in the role.
