This is an exciting time to join IARS and a great opportunity to make a lasting and tangible impact on the future success of the charity. We’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to join our team and lead at a time of organisational and strategic change.

You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the CEO, Board of Trustees and Senior Managers for our work with marginalised communities, helping us to grow our impact nationally and internationally. We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated person with exceptional administrative and problem-solving skills who relishes the opportunity to support our work and to work closely with the CEO, Board and Senior Managers.

You will also support the IARS team with office and finance administration and work closely with office team, especially the Finance Manager on finance administrator, as well as interns, volunteers and our pan-European project partners, in order to ensure that the Institute delivers its charitable objects, and continues to pursue its stated vision and mission.

Key task areas:

1. Executive Assistant to CEO and the Board

2. Office Management

3. Finance and resource management
