IARS is at a crucial point in its development as we look to build on our 20 years, but develop our organisation in order to ensure that the Institute is ready to meet the new challenges and remain successful for the future. With a new CEO, new Board of Trustees and a funding landscape that has been altered significantly due to the twin challenges of Brexit and Covid, we now have an opportunity to take stock, renew our purpose and develop new strategic partnerships that help us deliver our mission of forging a safer, fairer, more inclusive society.
We are looking for a part-time Partnership and Engagement Manager to proactively spot and build opportunities for engagement with business, build its reputation and portfolio in order to develop this additional and more sustainable source of income. The post holder will also be responsible for pulling together internal resources and content from project staff that demonstrates IARS track record and impact; builds the capacity of IARS through introducing good practice, processes and training; and leads effectively on the development and authoring of compelling proposals, pitches and communication materials for prospective business partners.
