Salary £22,000 pro rata at 25 hours per week for 39 weeks per year. (£11,000)

Who are we?

The Jon Egging Trust is a dynamic and innovative youth engagement charity. Over the last academic year we have improved the life-chances of over 10,000 vulnerable young people.

The Trust was set up in honour of Flt Lt Jon Egging, who lost his life following a display at the Bournemouth Air Festival in 2011. He was coming to the end of his first year with the world famous Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team ‘The Red Arrows’ flying in the position of Red 4.

The Jon Egging Trust currently has two main youth programmes: Blue Skies and Inspirational Outreach.

Blue Skies works with young people 12 – 16 years old over 3 years through a set and standardised curriculum, in partnership with a particular school in each region, and military and civilian partners. Blue Skies Inspire Packages are bespoke sessions of 5 or more totalling 10 hours and agreed in partnership with Schools to meet learning objectives.

Inspirational Outreach works with children and young people from key stage 2 through to school leavers participating in bespoke programmes developed in partnership with schools to meet specific needs.
