Help us to shape health and social care policy
The King's Fund is an independent charity working to improve health and care in England. We help to shape policy and practice through research and analysis; develop individuals, teams and organisations; promote understanding of the health and social care system; and bring people together to learn, share knowledge and debate. Our vision is that the best possible health and care is available to all. We have a high profile and strong reputation for influencing health and care policy, providing leadership development and producing excellent communications.
The Digital Channels Manager will work with colleagues across the organisation to create, edit, manage and publish compelling, high-quality digital content for our social and digital channels.
With excellent copywriting and editing skills and a good working knowledge of content management systems and analytics, you will be passionate and knowledgeable about digital and marketing communications.
You will also work closely with the teams to manage, review and schedule our newsletters with your knowledge of industry best practice. Alongside this, you will have a passion for social media and have knowledge of the latest developments to help build upon and engage our audiences.
You will be super-organised, with great written and verbal communications skills, and will thrive on the variety offered by this role.
Our premises in London are open and for the rest of the year our staff are working in the office at least one day per week. We are in the process of developing our working patterns in the longer term (from 2022) which we expect to include some time working from the office each week to better deliver our work and support our colleagues and clients.
Here at the Fund, we actively encourage applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, people from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds, those with disabilities and from the LGBT+ community. We want people to bring their unique blend of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives and knowledge as we recognise that diversity makes us stronger.
Please note that in order to apply, you must have documented proof of your right to live and work in the UK. Please do not send CVs. Applications must be submitted using The King's Fund application form. No agencies please.
