We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support delivery of a new HR information system and payroll solution, as well as associated process and business change.
What we're looking for
You'll have experience of analysing business and IT requirements in order to achieve process improvements, cost savings and remove inefficiencies, and being involved in business change including staffing, cultural, financial, transactional and overall performance implications. You'll have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively and understand the business drivers of change.
