The Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support delivery of a new HR information system and payroll solution, as well as associated process and business change.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with strong experience of end-to-end IT implementation projects, including systems integration and data migration. Though not essential, previous experience of implementing HR systems is highly desirable. You'll have experience of using a broad range of BA skills, including cost/ benefit analysis, conducting impact assessments, documenting functional specifications, reviewing design documents and supporting the end-to-end testing process.

You'll have experience of analysing business and IT requirements in order to achieve process improvements, cost savings and remove inefficiencies, and being involved in business change including staffing, cultural, financial, transactional and overall performance implications. You'll have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively and understand the business drivers of change.
You'll also be a strong communicator - listening, influencing and persuasiveness - and capable of dealing with all levels of staff. You'll adopt an assertive approach and challenge business assumptions, while maintaining a diplomatic, tactful and sensitive manner.
You'll be able to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines and have proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Office 365 and MS Visio.
