This role underpins everything our volunteers do to support our suicidal visitors. By maintaining and improving our infrastructure (HR, IT, Facilities Management, Risk & Compliance, and Finance), you will make us more sustainable and help to make our growth plans a reality.
As a small, volunteer-led charity with an outsized impact, we need our infrastructure to run smoothly and efficiently. And alongside making this happen, as our Operations Manager you also would become part of the Leadership Team and support our shared strategic decision-making process.
