It provides a starting point for activity, through ‘The Mason Mile’, for those who cannot participate in mainstream activities, bridging the gap, providing a gentle nudge into easy, regular activity, identifiable to all.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for A Network and Innovation Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of The Mason Mile, and its networks nationally, including training and support of all Ambassadors, Champions, and Local Delivery Partner teams.

As a member of The Mason Foundation’s Community Team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of The Mason Mile programmes across all regions, supporting delivery of high-quality services, innovation, and development, empowering positive change.

As Network and Innovation Coordinator for The Mason Foundation, you will be committed to embracing a ‘make it happen’ working environment, leading by example, with constant dedication and passion for making a difference as part of a committed charity, supporting disadvantaged communities.

This will involve leading on the development and local partnership engagement for The Family, Community and Business Mile, driving innovation and ongoing engagement, to ensure The Mason Mile and all associated programmes of activity remain current, engaging and community led.

You will have a track record of community delivery, ideally for a charity. You will be resourceful, able to work at pace, delivering high quality services with users at the heart, as well as being able to achieve agreed KPIs. You will have experience of working within a community setting, delivering across multiple contracts and/or projects, supporting and maintaining strong relationships with a broad range of partners and stakeholders.

You will be a team player and understand the need to work seamlessly in collaboration with multiple agencies including local authority, corporate and third sector partners, to ensure delivery of high quality, user led, co-developed services, that meet the needs of our communities and our funders.
