Job description




SALARY:             £28,000 per annum (pro rata for part time)

HOURS:              30 hours per week

LOCATION:        Across the Birmingham and West Midlands area

CONTRACT:       Fixed Term Contract until June 2022 

As the Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective referral routes, building external relationships and raising awareness, managing data gathering, and managing a small caseload of women with the most complex needs.

You will also be responsible for overseeing, leading, developing and supporting the delivery and coordination of services; supervision and development of Case Workers across your geographical area in line with the mission, vision and values of the Project.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Quality and Development Supervisor you will  ensure that all services are developed, delivered and improved in line with the vision and values of the Project and are carried out to a high standard.

You must have a relevant Management qualification such as Team Leading / Coaching / Mentoring with at least 3-5 years of experience in similar field.

This role is restricted for females under the Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 and is subject to satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service checks.

The ability to drive with a valid licence with use of own vehicle insured for business purposes is essential.
